Nature Story Time: A Sap Season Walk

  • Windham Public Library Windham, ME (map)

**Location changed to Windham Public Library due to rain.**

Join the Windham Public Library and Presumpscot Regional Land Trust for a special spring-themed Nature Story Time at Windham Public LIbrary. As the sap starts flowing in the maple trees, we’ll gather to read a story (or two!) about the magic of maple sugaring—how sap is collected and transformed into delicious syrup.

This event is for families with kids ages 2-5, siblings welcome. Children must attend with a parent or guardian. The walking portion will be around a half mile total, on a wooded path with a modest hill. This event is free, but space is limited, and registration is required.

Windham Public Library: 217 Windham Center Rd, Windham, ME 04062
